I've lost my City and Guilds Certificate. What can I do?
You can submit your request and pay on-line at the City and Guilds Website: www.cityandguilds.co.uk/cps/rde/xchg/SID-0AC0478D-5F4F857B/cgonline/hs.xsl/2326.html?search_term=replacement%20certificate.
Here’s what you do, simply fill out the on-line replacement certificate application form, complete it, pay on-line using World Pay, and City and Guilds will try and find a copy of your certificate and issue a replacement. Please note that each payment is for one certificate search only and is non-refundable.
For each award please use one application form.

How long will the processing of my Senior Award Scheme application take?
On receipt of your application it is logged onto our system. It is then passed to the Chief Executive who approves (or not as the case may be) the award. The certificate is then requested and should arrive in our offices within two to three weeks. This is then sent to your RAO (or equivalent) to be logged onto JPA. They should then pass the certificate to you. The whole process takes about a month.
How long will the processing of my EngTech application take?
The EngTech Awarding Board only sits quarterly so the process takes anything from two weeks to four months. The next board is sitting in September 2008.
